Northern fishing

Northern fishing is very exiting as their are many species of fish that provide the ultimate fishing experience. The types of fish that can be found are northern walleye, northern pike, salmon, bass, steel head, and perch. These fish can be found in the waters of the Northern United States and Canada.

The lakes, streams, and ocean are particularly beautiful. In the lakes and streams that are frozen in the winter, many offer ice fishing.

There are many fishing lodges that offer a complete experience in Maine, Wisconsin, Alaska, Minnesota, and Michigan.

Where will you like to fish..... on a river or lake? Bigger bodies of water like lakes and reservoirs make it essential for you to have a boat with a motor as you cannot do a manual job. If it does not have motor at least it should be able to reach high speed to allow you to move from one place to another rapidly and conveniently. For example a boat with an electric trolling motor will not be very helpful on larger bodies of water.

You will have to consider another point the drift factor. You may find the lake tranquil and stationary but sometimes there are unseen currents that can stir the boat in a certain direction. Here the wind also plays a part. You will have to think that if the boat drifts faster from the bow or the stern, then how will you be able to balance in case of an uneven drift.
